Skinny Grilled Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 plum tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- salt
Prepare grill. Place tomatoes on grill and grill 3 minutes each side. Then, place tomatoes in a bowl, tossing with remaining ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
